Electric field probe EFS3

The further development of the handheld TCO detector EFS6 provides the TCO detector EFS3, directly attachable to the field meter FM10 obtaining easier handling of the field probe. Available as an alternative to the compact multi-purpose measuring probe of the field meter FM10, the electric field probe EFS3 enables a cost-efficient and precise potential-related measuring of low-frequency alternating electric fields with a probe geometry complying with the MPR/TCO standard. The large sensor surface of EFS3 creates a homogenous field situation, and falsifying spatial effects, like for example the position of the person who carries out the measurement or the position of a stand, on the result of the measurement are minimised in that way.
The sensor geometry and the calibration of EFS3 comply with the TCO regulation.
The reference potential that is necessary for measurements carried out with EFS3 can be generated easily and comfortably by grounding via the earthing cable.
